Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness or fear that can arise from a range of different situations. Anxiety can take many forms. For example, you may feel anxious around certain people or in large groups. Reminders of different events or experiences in your life can create anxiety. Worrying about what might or could happen – or having a feeling that something bad might happen – may make you feel anxious.

Constant anxiety is known to be detrimental to physical health, suppressing your immune system and leaving you feeling exhausted. It can also lead to depression. This is why I feel it’s important to try and tackle anxiety problems as quickly as possible.
